  After 3 incorrect login attempts, the account will become locked and inaccessible for approximately 30 minutes.I haven’t received the confirmation email.

I have logged in but none of my information is showing.
When you are on EZWEB, click on your name at the top left. Select Login Settings, click on Manage Access. You will need to enter credentials.In the first block enter the first four letters of your LAST name and the LAST four of your SSN.In the second block enter your birthdate in this format:  MM/DD/YYYY. Click Add/OK/Done. It will take you back to the main screen where you will see Start and My Stuff. Your information is located under My Stuff.

What are validations?
The validations you enter will confirm your identity (credentials). The validation key is the first four letters of your LAST name in all capital letters and the LAST four digits of your SSN. The validation password is your birthdate entered in this format: MM/DD/YYYY.   If these are not entered, none of your information will be shown.

How do I log out?
Click on your name and select Log Out.

Where does my pay information show?
Earnings statements are located under the My Stuff tab.

Where does my W2 information show?
Your W2 will be under the My Stuff tab.

How do I change my email address?

This can be changed under the Login Settings Tab. Click on your name, Login Settings, Security.

How do I change my security question and/or answer?

This can be changed under the Login Settings Tab. Click on your name, Login Settings, Security.

How do I change my password?

This can be changed under the Login Settings Tab. Click on your name, Login Settings, Security.

I need to change my tax information.

This cannot be updated on EZWEB. A new W-4 form is required and if applicable, a state form.  Please contact the branch office or payroll.

I need to change my direct deposit information.

This cannot be updated on EZWEB A new Direct Deposit form is required to be submitted.  Please contact the branch office or payroll.

I need to change my address.

This cannot be updated on EZWEB.  Please contact the branch office or payroll.
